For Dvorak

As a lifelong proponent of public education and a graduate of the South Bend schools, I am proud to be casting my vote for Ryan Dvorak in the upcoming mayoral primary. Not only has Dvorak attended public schools in our community, he has also fought hard for our public educators as a state representative. Most recently, he has shown exceptional integrity and leadership in standing against a “for-profit” takeover of our local schools.

Dvorak truly recognizes the importance of a strong public education system. I find great value in his idea to create a Mayor’s Education Roundtable for educators, parents, and members of the business community. I am also much impressed by his plan to expand early education initiatives in our city. When it comes to public education, the choice is clear … Dvorak for mayor of South Bend!
